This is one of the SAP R3 based best book I ever had. Actually, I don't own it but my company does :D. Dr. Thomas Schneider (author of this book) is highly specialized on SAP system performance optimization for couple years experienced so that he can explained and wrote briefly about how to trace performance bottleneck, how to trace it, how to exclude it, and how to fix it.
Dr. Schneider has write such a great book that gave us SAP Basis to get clearly explanation about what is happenning on our SAP R3 system.
